Viajes Verano Azul - Excursions

Currently we are the main business of daily excursions of the eastern Costa del Sol. We offer more than 20 weekly excursions with our own guide to places such as Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Malaga, Alpujarra, Round, Flamenco Show, Gibraltar, Moroccan etc... The excursions we offer you are done in various languages: French, German, English, Spanish.

Gibraltar

After your arrival, you take the opportunity to shop tax-free in Gibraltars famous “Main Street”. Apart from this you have the option to join a panoramic tour with impressing views which takes you to the Apes-Den where you see the famous and funny monkeys.

Make sure to bring your passport and be aware of customs regulations.


Granada

After the arrival in Granada, you will have a small guided walk into the historical centre. Afterwards you have free time to visit the Royal Chapel, the cathedral, the “Alcaiceria” (the ancient arabic silkmarket) or the old muslime quarter the “Albayzin”. The highlight of the day will be the guided tour of the world famous “Alhambra” in the afternoon. Lose yourself in the halls of “a thousand and one nights” and experience this fortress with all its legends and secrets. The visit ends at the summer palace “Generalife”, renowned for its gorgeous gardens. This unforgettable trip is nearly obligatory for travellers in Andalucia.

Morocco

We start very early towards Algeciras where we catch the ferry to Tangier. A local guide will take you on an organized tour through the “Kasbah” and the bazaar- “El Zoco”, We will have lunch at a lovely local Moroccan restaurant. You will sample the local cuisine and be entertained by folkloric music and dancing. After lunch you visit the historic town centre (Medina) where you can buy typical Moroccan gifts before we make our way back to the port for the journey back.

Sevilla

After the arrival in Sevilla, you will start with a local guide the city tour of this amazing city. You are going to visit the ancient Jewish quarter of “Santa Cruz”. As well you will visit the cathedral constructed in Gothic style on the grounds of the former major Arab mosque. It is the third largest cathedral in the Christian world. Of course, you will see its famous clock tower “La Giralda”. Afterwards you have time for yourself which can be used for a visit to the Royal Palace “Reales Alcazares”, for walking around the modern city centre, or perhaps a boat tour on the river. You finish your stay in Sevilla with a panoramic tour by bus, which includes a stop at the famous square “Plaza de España” close to the Maria Luisa Park. A beautiful city is waiting for you.

Alpujarras

Let us take you to the southern slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains with its unique architecture, breathtaking views and dramatic valleys. Your first stop in this marvellous landscape will be a coffee break in the famous Spa of Lanjaron. Later you will go to the gorgeous village of Pampaneira situated in the famous ravine of Poqueira where you can see the typical way of life in these mountain villages and shop for excellent original handicrafts. We will visit a typical bodega where you can taste the local wine and food of the area. If you love nature and the countryside, this is the trip for you.

Ronda

When you arrive on Ronda’s Plaza de España a local guide will show you different palaces of the old town, the cathedral and of course, the famous Tajo-gorge with its dramatic 100-metre abyss. On this tour you will get to know Ronda with all its history, legends and anecdotes. Afterwards there is free time to visit this beautiful and romantic city on your own or to have lunch in one of the cosy restaurants in the historical part. Or you may choose to spend your time visiting one of the oldest bullrings in Spain including its fascinating bullfight museum.

Cordoba

After the arrival in Cordoba, you will have free time to visit the Royal Palace the “Alcázar of the Christian Kings” with its marvellous roman mosaics or perhaps stroll through the historical small streets. Then you will meet your local guide, who will take you on a walking tour that includes visits to the historical Jewish quarter, the synagogue and the world famous Mosque- Cathedral “Mezquita”. The forest of columns will surely enchant you. Before our departure you have once again free time which you may want to use to sample some of the culinary specialities of Cordoba in one of the many cosy “Tapas-Bars”.
